Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order through print-on-demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at satya@etfu.fu with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing the item at no cost to you.

Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.), so please double-check the size charts and product details before purchasing.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a defective or incorrect order. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
